Digital products (guides, courses, downloadable materials) purchased from Cleansecleansing may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Refund requests must be made in writing to info@cleansecleansing.top.
To request a refund, email info@cleansecleansing.top with your order number and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For physical printed materials, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using tracked shipping services to confirm delivery. Refunds for returned items are issued upon receipt and inspection.
Participants may cancel workshop or course registrations up to 7 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, though rescheduling options may be available. Group bookings have separate cancellation terms—contact us for details.
If you receive damaged or defective materials, notify us immediately with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund at your preference.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve payment disputes promptly.
